Terms of Service

All Vivaprime products are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified researchers. Products are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, agricultural, or household use. You affirm at checkout that the products will be used exclusively for laboratory research purposes in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You must be at least 21 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Site or place an order. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to purchase research materials under applicable law.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Vivaprime and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after an order has been acknowledged. Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice; the price applicable to an order is the price shown at checkout at the time the order is placed.

Payment is processed by third-party providers. By providing payment information, you authorize the charge of the total order amount and agree to the terms of the applicable payment processor. If payment cannot be completed, your order will not ship.

We currently ship to the continental United States. Shipments are dispatched by a third-party cold-chain fulfillment partner in validated insulated packaging. Estimated transit times are approximate; Vivaprime is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or force majeure. See the shipping FAQ for further details.

Due to the cold-chain and research-material nature of our products, returns are limited. Full policy and process are at Returns & Refunds.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for any activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately at support@vivaprime.com of any unauthorized use.

You may not use the Site or any product to (a) violate any law or regulation, (b) administer to humans or animals in any form, (c) resell or redistribute products outside a research context, or (d) misrepresent the origin or nature of a product to any third party. Violation may result in order cancellation, account closure, and referral to authorities.

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Vivaprime or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Products and the Site are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Vivaprime does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Specification data, certificates of analysis, and compound information are provided for research reference only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vivaprime's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or any product is limited to the amount paid by you for the product giving rise to the claim. In no event will Vivaprime be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold Vivaprime harmless from any claim, liability, or expense arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of any product outside the research-use affirmation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario. You agree to submit to their personal jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last revised" date at the top will reflect the effective date of material changes. Continued use of the Site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
