Research-use policy

Our products are supplied as reference compounds for controlled, in-vitro laboratory experiments conducted by qualified researchers for scientific investigation. They are not:

• Approved drugs, medicines, or dietary supplements.
• Intended for human or animal consumption.
• Evaluated by the FDA, EMA, or any other regulatory body.
• Prescribed, recommended, or sold for any clinical use.
• Authorized for diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, household, or agricultural applications.

Vivaprime sells to qualified researchers, which includes employees of academic institutions, contract research organizations, and independent researchers who (a) understand safe handling of biologically active reference compounds, (b) accept responsibility for proper disposal, and (c) comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. Institutional affiliation is not required, but the affirmation at checkout is binding.

Before completing a purchase, you affirm that:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are purchasing the products for in-vitro laboratory research only and will not administer them to humans or animals.
• You will comply with all applicable laws, including those governing the import, storage, and disposal of research chemicals in your jurisdiction.
• You take full responsibility for the handling, use, and disposal of the products after they leave Vivaprime's custody.

You may not use any Vivaprime product, in whole or in part, for:

• Human consumption, injection, or application.
• Veterinary or animal use.
• Compounding or repackaging for clinical purposes.
• Resale to consumers as food, supplement, or medicine.
• Any representation to third parties that contradicts the research-only nature of the product.

Product descriptions on this site reference peer-reviewed scientific literature. Those references describe observed mechanisms, experimental models, or comparative pharmacology. They are not claims of safety or efficacy for any application, and they are not medical advice. All references are provided solely to inform qualified researchers of the scientific context of a compound.

Vivaprime products should be handled in accordance with standard laboratory safety practice for biologically active reference compounds. Unused material must be disposed of through an appropriate laboratory waste stream. Do not pour unused material down drains.

Vivaprime reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or investigate any order where the purchaser's stated use or prior conduct suggests the affirmation is not being honored. Suspected violations may be reported to relevant authorities.
