Cold-chain handling, start to finish
Peptides are sensitive molecules. Long exposure to heat degrades them, while repeated freeze-thaw cycles can fragment them. Maintaining an uninterrupted cold chain from manufacturing to end-of-life is critical for research integrity.
Our EU facility releases product at 2–8 °C. It ships refrigerated to our US 3PL. From the 3PL, orders are packed with validated insulation and phase-change cold packs tuned for the expected transit window — typically 48–72 hours to most US addresses.
When a package arrives, the pens should be cool to the touch. Transfer them immediately to refrigeration. Pens in use can remain at room temperature for up to 28 days (check each product's specific storage notes).
If a shipment arrives warm, contact support within 24 hours with photos of the package and ice packs. We replace compromised shipments at our cost.
